The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released two final rules on April 22, 2024: Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services (Access final rule) and Managed Care Access, Finance, and Quality (Managed Care final rule).
