In Memory of Curtis E. Huntington

With great sadness we announce the passing of Curtis E. Huntington, who died peacefully on Oct. 7 in Ann Arbor, Mich. after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. He was 71. Curtis was known and admired by many as an accomplished actuary who worked tirelessly to promote actuarial professionalism. He was a current board member of the Actuarial Board for Counseling and Discipline (ABCD), a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and an associated professional member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. We will miss him and his many contributions to the profession.
