Academy Webinar Registration Information
All registrants, whether an individual or a group administrator, receive the following with their registration.
- One access link to the live event.
- Presentation materials, available for download during the event.
As a benefit of membership, Academy members can access webinar recordings free of charge to watch on-demand. Recordings are typically available within two business days after the webinar.
- Academy Members: $55
- Nonmembers: $110
- Groups: $500
Complimentary registration is available to the following cohorts of Academy members:
- Government regulators
- Academy volunteers who meet both the below conditions:
- “active” members of an Academy committee, board, subcommittee, task force, or work group; and
- qualified for either a partial or full dues waiver during 2023.

The Academy offers group registration to employers of its members. The registration fee includes the right to rebroadcast the live event to your remote attendees, who must be employees of the same company, using a platform (Zoom, WebEx, etc.) of your company’s choosing. The Academy does not take responsibility for ensuring the live webinar can be seen and heard through your broadcasting platform.
Upon registering your group, the group administrator (lead registrant) will receive a confirmation email that contains one link to access the event and the group attendance template.
Upon the webinar’s conclusion, the group administrator will receive an email with a link to use for uploading the completed webinar attendance form. This list must be submitted within one business day after the webinar. This list provides a record of your group’s full attendance. To remain eligible to register your group for future webinars, it is important that you submit your group list.
For webinars offering continuing professional education (CPE) for Enrolled Actuaries (EAs): Please note that any EAs who plan to request and receive an individual JBEA CPE Certificate of Attendance must have their names on this list. The group registration template also includes a statement for the group administrator to attest attendance for those names on the list. This is required by the JBEA in order to verify attendance for those requesting certificates. The Academy will be unable to verify your attendance, as requested by the JBEA, if your name is not on this list. You must attend the entire webinar in order to receive full JBEA credit.
