Pension Accounting Resource GroupThe Pension Accounting Resource Group does not create its own public policy statements, but it is tasked with providing accounting expertise for PPC policy statements. When the PPC or one of its committees undertakes a project that relates to accounting or financial reporting, one or more of the volunteers from the resource group will be added to the project work group to provide the appropriate expertise. In addition, the members of the resource group may alert appropriate committees of the PPC to new or emerging accounting or financial reporting policies, proposals, or standards on which the committee may wish to provide comments.
