Update your member record

Have you recently moved, changed your e-mail address, or gotten a new job?

  1. Change your Academy record.
  2. Change your listing in the online Directory.
  3. CAS and ASPPA members only: Change your CAS and/or ASPPA record.

1. Change your Academy record

Choose one of these options:

  • Update your Academy record by e-mail
    E-mail the information to corrections@actuary.org. Be sure to provide identifying information, including your name and phone number, and the information that is new (name, address, phone, e-mail, or employer).
  • Update your Academy record by phone
    Call the Academy office at 202.223.8196 and ask to speak to Kasha Shelton, who will update your record.
  • Update your Academy record by mail
    Write to Membership Operations, American Academy of Actuaries, 1100 17th Street NW, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20036. Be sure to provide identifying information, including your name and phone number, and the information that is new (name, address, phone, e-mail, or employer).

2. Change your listing in the online Directory of Actuarial Memberships.

  • All U.S. actuaries: Change your entry in the online Directory of Actuarial Memberships.
  •   SOA and CCA members: Changes made for the online directory will also be made for corresponding SOA and CCA member records.

3. CAS and ASPPA members only: Change your CAS and/or ASPPA record.
