EA request for certificate of attendance

Acturial Standards Board and ASOPs
American Academy of Actuaries webcast
December 4, 2008

The Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries has approved the Academy as a qualifying sponsor of continuing education (CE) programs for enrolled actuaries.

If you are an enrolled actuary, the Academy believes in good faith that you may earn 1.8 CE core credits under the JBEA rules for attending this webcast. However, the JBEA ultimately determines what constitutes core and non-core continuing education and the number of CE credit hours allocated to same for enrolled actuaries.

The Academy will accept certificate requests until January 4, 2009. It takes about two weeks to process a request.
