  • Just-Announced Seminar: Life PBR—Test Drive the New VM-20 on Sept. 11–12. The seminar will provide the opportunity to work through case studies to practice application of VM-20 principles in realistic situations. Look for registration information in your email next week.

Recent Events

  • The Academy’s Health Practice Council and the SOA jointly released a research brief on key findings and policy implications of a Society of Actuaries study of the risk mitigation programs created under the Affordable Care Act—risk adjustment, reinsurance, and risk corridors. The findings also were presented in an Academy/SOA webinar on June 4.
