For such an announcement to be considered appropriate for this special dissemination to Academy members, the position must be one that will be filled by qualified or credentialed actuaries.
All employers can also post employment opportunities to the jobs page on the website of Contingencies magazine, at no cost. Members who are seeking new employment often search these job postings, which can be sorted by employer, location, and practice area.
