Kichak later became the deputy associate director for the Center for Workforce Planning and Policy. Under her leadership, the center conducted statistical analysis and analytical workforce/human resource studies and provided actuarial support for all OPM offices and other central management agencies. Kichak has been a member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 1988 and is an associate of the Society of Actuaries. She graduated summa cum laude from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics.
