2015 P/C Loss Reserve Law Manual

The 2015 P/C Loss Reserve Law Manual is a reference tool designed to help appointed actuaries comply with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Annual Statement requirements for a statement of actuarial opinion.

The manual includes a summary of:
  • The text of the NAIC Annual Statement of Instruction for the Statement of Actuarial Opinion for property/casualty, title loss, and loss expense reserve
  • Other pertinent annual statement instructions
  • The statement of actuarial opinion requirements and the text of the statutes and regulations establishing those requirements for each state

  • The single-user CD-ROM subscription permits one person to use and install a CD-ROM copy of the 2015 Property/Casualty Loss Reserve Law Manual on a primary (workplace) and secondary (home or laptop) computer. It prohibits using or installing the CD-ROM on any other computer.
  • Single-user web access gives one person unlimited online access to the 2015 Property/Casualty Loss Reserve Law Manual until December 31, 2018. The subscriber receives a user name and password to access the manual online. The subscriber is prohibited from sharing the username and password with any other persons.
