ORSA Subgroup

The ORSA subgroup represents the Academy in domestic and international matters related to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and similar guidance proposed by regulators and public policy makers in the US, Canada, Bermuda, the European Union, and other areas. The subgroup achieves this goal by influencing and responding to guidance as it is published for comment, discussing ORSA issues with regulatory and industry representatives, and conducting research and publishing materials related to ORSA in the context of an overall ERM framework. The subgroup includes actuaries with risk management expertise in property/casualty, life, and health insurance.
