Actuarial Soundness Task Force

The Actuarial Soundness Task Force is an ad hoc group assembled to discuss the use of the phrases “actuarial soundness” and “actuarially sound” in federal and state law and regulation across practice areas with an eye towards the eventual publication of an issue brief describing the historical use of these phrases in law and regulation.
