Medical Professional Liability Committee

The Medical Professional Liability Committee proactively provides actuarial support, advice, educational training and communications on topics that involve medical malpractice liability insurance. This includes seeking out additional audiences, understanding current trends, and researching and commenting on tort reform proposals so that the committee can coordinate and respond to issues at the state and federal levels. This committee actively interfaces with the NAIC and NCOIL, among others.
