Casualty Practice Council comments to the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors request for input on providing a summary of the qualifications it should seek in filling an advisory board position. The association is working with the North Carolina legislature to draft a bill concerning North Carolina property insurance. The bill would, among other things, create an advisory board on which an actuary would sit. (March 9, 2011)
